Over 20 years experience in Location and Studio sound, credits with all major UK and many international broadcasters.
"I" Visa valid for working in the USA, 2 UK passports, all major vaccinations including Rabies and Yellow Fever.
Fluent Italian speaker, some French & German, substantial international filming experience.

I've been working in professional broadcast sound since the mid 1990's, gaining a wealth of skills and experience on all kinds of productions in over 60 countries, from Abbey Road studios to the forests of Zambia.
I continue to work on a wide variety of broadcast and corporate productions, and whether it's a simple interview or a complex drama or documentary, I take pride in recording the best sound possible while working closely with cast & crew.

I own a comprehensive sound kit capable of recording everything from a simple interview with minimal set-up time, to a full drama production with live music, recording multiple elements separately as well as providing feeds and mixes.
I am also used to handling timecode synchronisation across multiple cameras and camera formats
including Sony, Red, Arri, Canon, GoPro, etc., and dealing with both sound and video files on location.
I'm always happy to discuss technical details, and tailor the sound kit package to fit the requirements of each production.

I have worked on numerous commercial and branded content campaigns for many household names, including those above. As well as full scale TV commercials, I am happy working on web and social media projects, where resources may be more limited. I can provide a full commercials sound kit, including wireless headsets for clients, and I can engage additional boom operators and assistants if required.
MUSIC
I started my career in music recording studios in the 1990's, and went on to become a staff sound supervisor for MTV, mixing live bands for broadcast. I know how to record live music on location, and how to liaise and co-ordinate with tour and studio sound mixers to provide the best sound for picture without disrupting the artists or their crew. This has led me to work with some of the biggest music acts in the world on documentary and music-based film projects, including The Rolling Stones, The Who, Paul McCartney, U2, Bon Jovi, and Elton John, among many others.
